    The process in the following pages illustrates how a spa with no formal quality system can gradually create an excellent quality management system, progress through the Levels of Excellence, and be recognized for each step they take. Spas who already have some level of formal quality management system in place when they decide to enter the SpaExcellenceSM program are not required to start at Level 1. SpaQuality LLC will help them determine the appropriate Level for their application.
