    The SpaExcellenceSM Certification Process
    Level of Excellence 5
    Best-In-Class Performance

    The Spa has sustained Level 4 performance for two years. It has well-integrated improvement processes, best-in-class performance and good results are demonstrated (financial success, loyal customers and outstanding staff). The Spa takes a leadership role in improving the spa industry. The Spa submits an application and fee for Level 5 of the SpaExcellenceSM program. SpaQuality LLC provides a full assessment of The International Standards of SpaExcellenceSM performed by a Certified SpaQuality Assessor. SpaQuality provides a written feedback report and recognizes the Spa with a Q-5 Certificate, Crystal Award and provides a marketing kit. An anonymous Guest Assessment will take place within 12 months of attaining Level 5.
