    SpaQuality LLC is sorry you had a bad experience at a spa. However, you have come to the right place!  Please tell us about the poor experience you had, and we will relay the information to the spa's management. SpaQuality will make recommendations from The International Standards of SpaExcellenceSM that will help the spa correct the problem so other clients won't have the same experience that you did. SpaQuality will also suggest things the spa can do to prevent other problems from ever occurring. You will remain anonymous.  The problems will not be posted on this site. You will not get feedback or a report on actions the spa has agreed to take. However, rest assured each complaint will be communicated to the spa. We feel that if the information comes from SpaQuality, a company that assesses and certifies spas for quality management excellence, the spas will take the recommendations to heart. Please email the following information to julie.register@dol.net.  Send a separate email for each spa. If you have completed a form in the past, please resend the information via email.
