Tell SpaQuality LLC about the poor experience you had by completing a form on SpaComplaints.com, and SpaQuality will relay the information to the spa's management.  SpaQuality will make recommendations from The International Standards of SpaExcellenceSM that will help the spa correct the problem, so it won’t happen to you or other clients again. SpaQuality will also suggest things the spa can do to prevent problems from occurring.
